To participate, you’ll need to register with us. This includes some essential identity checks we’re required to carry out to ensure a secure and compliant process for everyone.
4. Placing Your Bid
Once registered, you can participate in the auction and place your bids on the property you desire.
5. Successful Bid & Next Steps
If your bid is successful, and it meets the seller’s terms, congratulations! You’ll be the winning bidder.
6. Understanding Payment
It’s vital to know that payment for our fees and any related expenses becomes due immediately upon the successful auction and exchange of contracts, as outlined in your Auction Contract. We’ll send you our Invoice following this exchange, and prompt payment is required.
