4. The Auction
Once live, registered bidders will place offers. If a bid meets your Reserve, the property is sold!
5. Property Sold!
Buyers commit to a 28-day Completion. You may use your Solicitor or ours for Conveyancing (£675+VAT + disbursements).
6. Guiding You to Completion
We’ll assist you right up to Completion, keeping you updated and supported.
